CareerNodes, launched in early 2025, helps candidates structure their experience, become more competitive, and navigate the ATS-gated job market. Within 15 months it has grown to 2,000+ paying customers across 29 Indian states, without VC funding.
But building CareerNodes taught us something important: résumés only tell less than a third of the story. India's largest workforce — 250 million strong — doesn't use résumés at all. And the tools to screen them simply don't exist.
